Dr. Russell Silverberg, LPCC

I’ve spent a  lot of time in school.  Four years for my bachelor’s degree, three years for graduate school in counseling, then another two years for my doctoral degree.  I love to learn and to help other people learn about themselves.

 

I do my best to meet clients where they are, using techniques from a variety of therapeutic backgrounds.  That being said, I sample heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy models.
