Individual Psychotherapy

We get it - we know that reaching out for help is hard, especially when you’ve grown up in a society that teaches us that asking for help is "weak" or that therapy should only be used as "last resort." There is one catch, though. Ready for it? Here it is: Therapy only works if you keep doing it. You have to actively participate, show vulnerability, and know that a therapist’s job is to help you find an answer, not give you one.
