Seeking: Licensed Clinicians for In-person or Hybrid position to see 10+ clients per week.

HM Psychological Services, Inc. is looking for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our amazing team. We are looking to hire Licensed Therapists to work part-time/full-time in a private practice setting in San Diego, CA.

Pay Scale*:

• Earn up to $80 per session (based on caseload of 30). Pay starts at $45-$50 session until minimum caseload of 10 clients is reached and maintained.

*Pay scale is dependent upon caseload.

**Licensed Clinicians seeing 25+ clients of any referral source are eligible for Comprehensive Benefits Package.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a valid, active, and unrestricted professional license to practice therapy in CA.
• Must be able to pass criminal background and reference checks
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records including notes and treatment plans
• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Can work independently and collaboratively with other clinicians and administrative staff
• Willingness to get credentialed on some insurance panels
• High ethical standards and knowledge of mandated reporting/relevant laws
• Be motivated, reliable, and dependable
• Must be LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally competent, or at least open to becoming so.
