The nature of my work varies based on clients' needs. The goal is often similar; Enhancing lives through simplification understanding and consistency. my goal is to help you see things in a new way, to help you have fulfilling relationships with others and yourself, and to help you find relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, and other things that prevent you from enjoying a full life. I practice Integrative therapy (cognitive processing therapy, mindfulness based-approach, ACT, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior, and aromatherapy).

I am experienced working with individuals who may be having difficulty coping with feelings of anxiety, relationship, challenges, and life transitions. my experience promotes self-awareness, more adaptive coping skills, and greater insight into working through challenges. I apply cultural sensitivity to my work to accommodate and respect differences in the opinions, values, and attitudes of various cultures and different types of people and to provide the most effective treatment for clients.

I consider your pace and comfort my priority. Developing a strong, clinical understanding of your experiences and challenges is incredibly important in working towards your treatment goals. developing graders' self-understanding and cognitive skills along with behavioral changes contribute to the success of my clients. My ultimate goal is for you to break the bondage of unhelpful patterns, realize the power of your strengths, and unfulfilled the meaning of your life.
